ImPACT Testing Required for Student-Athletes

This year our baseline concussion testing will be done at home. All Freshman, Juniors and any athletes that haven't previously taken it will need to take the Impact test online.
Sports required to take Impact Test: Football, Volleyball, Swimming and Diving, Field Hockey, Soccer, Wrestling, Basketball, Ice Hockey, Cheer, Gymnastics, Lacrosse
By logging in you attest that it's you taking the test and nobody else.
You will not be able to participate without taking this. It will be considered part of the registration process.

Discrimination-Title IX, Chapter 622 Regulations
In accordance with Title IX regulations of the Education Amendments of 1972, and Chapter 622 of the General Laws of Massachusetts, Acts of 1971, Haverhill High School re-states its adherence to the following policies: Title IX states “No person in the United States shall on the basis of sex be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal funds.”
Notice of Nondiscrimination
Haverhill Public Schools does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or disability in admission to, access to, employment in, or treatment in its programs and activities. In accordance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1973, and Chapter 622 of the Acts of 1971 the school system shall designate a school official(s) a coordinator(s) to publicize anti-discrimination requirements and handle all complaints.
